📦 Processing Time
Orders are fulfilled and shipped the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
🌍 Shipping Locations
Aethera Veil currently ships to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
🇺🇸 U.S. Domestic Shipping
-Free shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
-Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
-Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
-Flat rate shipping: $10.99
-Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
🚫 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
🕊️ Lost or Damaged Packages
Aethera Veil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@aetheraveil.com
