• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• To initiate a return, please email info@aetheraveil.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
